My take on Jollibee’s Crunchy Chicken Fillet? Oh, the crunch. That’s the best part, undeniably. The breading is perfectly crisp, shattering beautifully with each bite. But… the promised juiciness? That’s where it falls short. It’s dry, actually, and I suspect it’s because the chicken itself isn’t that fresh. I know, I know, it’s fast food – I get that. But still, that crispy exterior is almost cruelly deceptive, teasing you with the promise of a juicy bite that never quite arrives. It makes me wonder about the whole fast-food process, honestly. The crunch is addictive, but the dryness is a letdown.
But honestly, the mayo, lettuce, and tomato were so juicy and fresh that it kind of made up for it. It all worked together pretty well; the crunchy chicken with the juicy veggies and creamy mayo. It wasn’t the juiciest chicken ever, but the whole sandwich was still pretty good.
How About Jollibee French Fries And Drinks?
I ordered the regular-sized fries and Coke Zero to go with my Jollibee sandwich. The fries were perfectly crisp, with a fluffy interior and just the right amount of salt; they were a really satisfying side. The Coke Zero was ice-cold and fizzy, offering a refreshing contrast to the richness of the sandwich. Everything was a regular size, which was just the right amount of food for me. It wasn’t too much, and it wasn’t too little. The whole meal was simple but very satisfying. I’d definitely order it again. It hit the spot perfectly.

So, the Jollibee Crunchy Chicken Sandwich combo with fries and a drink was ₱125. I decided to splurge and add extra lettuce and tomato for an extra ₱20, bringing the total to ₱145. It was a little more expensive, but the extra veggies made it taste even better.
The food was great, but I also wanted to say that the staff were really nice. The cashier was friendly, and everyone seemed happy to help. That made the whole experience even better.
